'My Computer' not as it was.
 

In the normal course of events, clicking on 'My Computer' summons up a display in three sections. ie:

(1) Files stored on this computer,

(2) Hard Disk Drives, and

(3) Devices with removable storage.

Although all the appropriate icons are present, the three categories (titles and dividing lines) have disappeared.
Does anyone have an idea as to how the status quo ante might be restored, please?
