How to get around PDF cope protection?
 

I have a PDF on which you can highlight text but you cannot Copy it to the clipboard.

In the distant past I have used Ghostscript for converting ex-Ventura postscript files into TIFF but their current website doesn't indicate that it can do this.

Google 'Remove PDF Protection' - theres several programs out there that will do what you want.

For small amounts of work, saving parts of PDF documents via Print Screen and a photo editor can be useful.
