I think ive destroyed XP - part 2

now, this is a goodun.

whenever I try to bring up explorer or control panel I get an error message saying;

Data Execution Prevention - Microsoft windows

To help protect your computer windows has closed this programme.

please, does anyone know how i resolve this and why laptop has decided to torment me.
