hi techy people
i have a small problem with my ms outlook. it wont open . i have tried all the ways i know.
here is the version i have:

its opened for the past 2 years, why not now?
what can i do?

Try rebooting and then making a cup of tea. My own Outlook started playing up along similar lines, but now just takes an age to start from cold. To tell the truth, I hate it, but use it for synching with the PDA.

Suggest copying down all the setting in the Mail icon under the control panel.

The choose Profiles, and create a new file with all the old settings.

Set this as default and the copy back all the messages from the old profile.

If it's not that then it could be a corrupted PST - which you can mend

Search for scanpst.exe and run it. Navigate to the location of your pst (Outlook) file and let the tool do it's trick.
