EXCEL Crosswind Calculation
Guys,
Need help with a formula to calculate crosswind in Excel, irrespective of wind direction or runway heading. I have the basic formula XW=WS*sin(WD-RD) where XW=crosswind, WD=wind direction and RD=runway direction, but how to build the argument where RD>WD? Blue Skies |
You want the ABS (absolute value) of WD-RD
