Spyware doctor stops this - any ideas?

When I start up and go on line SD sometimes comes up with a message that it has prevented me from connecting to this:
res://C:\PROGRA\SPYWAR~\tools\iessg.dll/gen_english
Does anyone know what it is? I have googled it without getting any information (ignore the wibble I can't disable the Smilies)
