Hijack this log

My PC has slowed down drastically over the past week, and I've carried out the "usual" checks (spybot, adaware, antivirus etc), and none of them have turned up any suspect items.

My next step is to carry out a run of "Hijack this", but I'm nowhere near the standard to analyse the result.

Could anyone recommend a good website where I could go to find some help with interpreting the results.
