SonicStage - Sony MP3 network walkman NW-E107
 

I got the above walkman MP3 for christmas and have been using it to listen to music and been transferring music files from PC and CD onto it using the SonicStage installation that comes with the MP3 as standard.

This has been working fine since christmas but today it says: The connected ATRAC audio device must be initialized to be used with the currently installed SonicStage.

I have deleted and re-installed the program but no success.

Do I need the latest version of SonicStage or is the MP3 faulty?

HELP PLEASE

It looks like there aren't that many people about who use that particular type of MP3 player, or that software. Have you tried a search on Google for this problem? There are dozens of sites out there that cater for MP3 fanatics, and while you may have to get used to some juvenile attitudes, they may be quicker with an answer than this site.
