prune threads sending emails

I love the new pprune format, but if I contibute to a thread, I now seem to get an email notification of anyone else who contributes to it. Does anyone know how to switch this feature off?

Just log on, go to User CP, edit options and change the option in the drop down menu for email notification. By default it sets you up for emails, click do not subscribe.
