Infected CPU

Got some viruse a week or so ago, but everything is working okay. Am I really okay, or will this spread thru- out the system requiring a re-install?

You should do a re-install - in fact you should throw away your computer and buy a new one.

Your cat and dog will die and your neighbours will force you to sell your house.

Or you could just run an up-to-date AV scan and a malware tool like Spybot or Ad-Ware - if they all say you are OK you are OK.
