Tried this new service and decided it is not for me. Have managed to uninstall the Sky program but am having problems removing a program left behind called KService. It is a delivery service manager supplied by Kontiki and was obviously part of the Sky setup. Any suggestions are welcome to help me remove this...if it is the only way I will go through the registry but only if someone has the patience to walk me through step by step!!
Using Windows XP Home SP2 on an ASUS laptop.

If it cannot be removed via the control panel then a system restore would be your next option.
