problems with xp
 

Recently had a trojan horse virus which i managed to get rid of using the AVG anti virus software. But since then have found cant access some sites that i use which require passwords.

And strangely when i try any operation requiring media i get "An internal application error has occurred"

Downloaded service pack 2 which a friend suggested but to no avail.

Any thoughts???
