The dreaded AOL
 

OK so I use AOL and I had no real problems until (a) the help line moved to India!!! and (b) AOL installed their "super-dooper" anti-virus/anti-spam software.
Problem 1. How do you Fwd (easily) an incoming forwarded file with an attachment to a non AOL subscriber? Every time I try, the attachment disappears and doesn't get sent. Forward it to another AOL member and zip - straight through.
Problem 2. I am a member of an association of 1700 people which includes about 180 AOL members. The Association has a unique non AOL web address. Every time the office attempts to e-mail any of us on AOL, the mail is bounced back as undeliverable. We have no problem e-mailing the office but the office has to send mail for AOL addressees to a non AOL member and ask them to re-transmit to us! Infuriating!
Complaints to AOL result in verbal shoulder shrugging and a complete inability to provide an answer. Bring back the Irish helpline!!
