Free Web Sites

I am looking for a free web site host for a small personal site. I know you don't get anything for nothing, but there seems to be some good sites out there that only have minimal ads and burdons etc...

Some look good at about a $3month.

Have found them from googleing, does any body have any reckonmendations for good little freebies?

This is good although the 200 kb file limit is a limitation. But its free !!
