Bluetooth Error..................

Hi all. I get this error when I try and connect to my phone from this laptop

I know using bluetooth is a bit hit and miss at the best of times (gave up trying to send pics to my old phone and vice versa, sometimes it worked ok, sometimes not) but I keep getting this message.

Anyone know what it means? What can I do about it?

Which Bluetooth stack do you currently have installed?
If you're not sure, let your cursor hover over the bluetooth icon in the system tray, and right click it. You should see an option related to About or Info or Help. Failing that check your driver installation CD.
Which software are you using on the PC to connect? ActiveSync?
