Tiscali Broadband
Recently installed their 1mb service, but now can't get Outlook to work.
The helpline is next to useless - everything , they say, is set up correctly, so can't help further. If I "test account settings", it can't log on to the incoming POP3 server and can't send a test e-mail. The message says to check the port settings - these are at the default values of 110 and 25 respectively. Anyone any ideas, please? |
The Indian support centre is only useful for running up ones phone bill.
Try the Tiscali Support Forum here.. You might not like what you see, as the forum is only open to registered Tiscali users and you will soon see why. Post a note there during UK working hours (mark it for the attention of MKlee). (PS - despite the above, I'm pretty happy with them as an ISP). |
