This :mad: thing! I turned it off but it's still blocking stuff that I want to come up?! Whats the story?

Which blocker - the one built into Internet Explorer (since XP SP2, I think?) or a third-party blocker like the Google toolbar?

I have the same problem with Zone Alarm Pro. Since the last update, it won't let me into my internet banking, and the bank's IT people don't know the fix.

I've tried putting the bank's IP address into the 'trusted' list, I've disabled the ad blocker, but the icons for geting into internet banking don't appear unless I switch ZA off completely, which I'm not willing to do for longer than it takes to see that the icons are there with it off before getting off line asap.

Does anyone have a fix for the problem? ZA's help page didn't seem to have an answer apart from 'disable ad blocker'.

If I can't sort this problem out, I'll have to (gasp!!) go to the bank in person to pay my credit card bill.
