Printing Problems with Excel
I don't know if anyone on this forum has had the problem I describe below.
We've just reinstalled Excel on a new computer, and find that, although all the figures are neatly encased in the boxes on screen, when we come to print, they now appear repositioned to the right, and straddling the right hand vertical box lines. Hopefully, someone can help, but, if not, does anyone know of any other forums that speciallise in resolving Excel problems? Thanks, Tosh |
Are you sure it is an excel problem and not a printer driver problem?
If it is a new computer, did you install the latest drivers, etc? What machine, op system, etc.? |

Thanks for the advice, guys, I've a sneaky suspicion it's the Printer driver- I'll try a reinstall with the latest download.

Make sure the margins are set correctly:
FILE - PAGE SETUP - MARGINS Also, try this - select all the cells that you want to appear on the page/print, click FILE - PRINT, choose SELECTION then PREVIEW - SETUP and choose the FIT TO ONE PAGE option - see if this helps. If still no joy - try the drivers idea  Cheers, Maz :ok: |
