Where do I get it, what do I do with it when I get it, where do I put it.

Help PLEEEEEEEEEEEASE!!!! Up late last night trying to find a WORKING download with my R.e.a.l.l.y. s. l. o. w c o n n e c t i o n

and they kept failing!

Just install it and hey presto, your media player will suddenly produce sound with ac3 audio sources.
