As woderick mentioned, you need to download WinRAR:

http://www.rarlab.com/images/rarshot.jpg

When you install WinRAR, just watch what formats it takes over. (If you use WinZip, you might not want WinRAR taking it over.)

I use ultimatezip - never had a problem.
