Might be a while for them to get back to you, but defo drop them a line to see what has caused this problem.

Do you use a shared PC at all? Could be simply a case of some one not logging out. Also try clearing you cache/cookies etc and trying again then. Log off and log back on again.

i had logged out and used window washer so no chance of any cookies left on this comp cannot understand how it happened as no one else has been on this computer
