PPRuNe folder icons

Can anyone clarify why so many folder icons?!

etc...

Can't work out (or find anywhere to read) why PPRuNe uses so many icons against messages?

They used to have that one with the flames coming out of it.

The forum software that PPRuNe uses is called vBulletin.

here is the:

vBulletin Manual

It gives great information on the workings of the forum software.

The link you posted is for vBulletin Version 3, whereas PPrune still operates on vBulletin Version 2.3.0 (scroll to the very bottom of any page).

The v2 manual is in appendix 6 (here)

Thanx for the correction. I guess it was just wishful thinking that PPRuNe would be upgraded to V3 soon. ;)
