virus driven question
 

I need to know if drive names are case sensitive.

I thought I had eliminated a virus (Trojan) from D: drive at an address identified by Vet, but after scanning again, it is still there.

I see that the address mentions d: as the drive, not D: so I suppose it means I deleted from the wrong spot. The rest of the path was the same.

I can't see any drives with small letters (I use Directory Opus as the tool). Actually all this is complicated because it is my mum's computer and all this is being done by telehone with me guiding her step by step.
