Norton Av & Panda av.
 

My wife has had in the past few weeks, numerous 'zip' files with 'Important Informations!' Viruses obviously, and Norton duely deleted them as they came in.
She then found an online scan from Pandasoftware. She ran this and was surprised to see that it detected the emails that Norton said it had deleted.
The question simply is, HAS Norton deleted them, and if so, how come Panda found them again?

They may possibly be sitting in NAV's Quarantine.
Open NAV 'click' on reports then 'click on Quarantine. Delete them from there.

Panda is FAR Superior to Norton. If your willing to pay to protect your computer, get Panda.
