StartUp Control Panel This, 59Kb, download adds a new icon in Control Panel. This provides tabs for each of the main methods for starting an application, along with a tick box alongside each one for disabling them. Start up monitors good too.

Not bad for a 19 year old. I get the idea this kid has a bright future.....

Thanks for the link, ORAC. I have to spend time with MSConfig every couple of months disabling all those pesky tray icons. If I'm feeling really annoyed with them I hack them out of the registry, so this could save some grief.
