Hi,

Some of you will have heard of a browser hijacker called CoolWebSearch. It redirects your home/search pages to various affiliated sites. Some of these will be adult sites. A new version was released that hinders you from getting advice on how to cure the problem, by stopping you from logging on to certain security sites/forums. It also stops you from accessing sites like Lavasoft (Adaware) or Kolla (Spybot S&D).

I've gleaned loads of useful stuff from your posts over there, which has meant I haven't actually had to ask for help personally, or have had to post my HijackThis log yet (:uhoh: )
