Finale's Print Music! software
Just had a guy on the phone with a problem he is having with his software. He has a midi keyboard connected to his Windows XP, and when he plays a note, it doesnt acknowledge the first one.
Pour example: Press C D E F G. It starts on D. To get C you would need to press it twice, as if the first one "establishes" a connection. Second, it is all out of time when completed. It wont save his settings either, like the help line told him to. Any suggestions or contacts I can contact? Dan (dont say Finale help...they're useless..why do you think im here? :ugh: ) |
I'm not suggesting an answer will not come out of this forum, but I found this site on a bored tour round the world of cyberspace.
http://www.finaleforum.com/forums/ Maybe if you post this specialist question there as well, somebody from that site may lend a helping hand. Regards The Doc (edited for useless typing ability) |
