From the UK it is 0800 107 6285.

Pre-lockdown I called them on an issue. Person at the end was very helpful. Spent a long time with me jointly discovering the mysteries of Apple stuff.

But we failed.

I recently bought a Dyson reconditioned cool air device and it paired up with my iPhone 11 pro without any problem. There could be a problem with the bluetooth on the actual device rather than the iPhone.

Has anyone taken their phone into Currys and tried the bluetooth device, you get about 25 devices showing!!
