VPN Access
 

From time to time I get to visit some sandy places and in doing so find the need to use a VPN to access family members etc which works well. However when using said VPN I find I cannot get my daily ration of "PPRuNe", it starts looking for the URL and then times out.................... it is the only "www" that behaves in this way, any idea's:confused:

Could it be trying to communicate over https instead of http?

pprune is only http.

I've noticed the same. When I am travelling, I always use my VPN for access to company, bank etc so leave it on all the time. On occasion when I have been following something interesting, I've tried to access Prune but it never works. To access, I have to log out of my VPN. Not the biggest tech problem in the world but I presumed IB have someone who spends their time blocking VPN IP addresses for advertising statistics reasons.
