Win 8.1 / Office 2007 / Outlook e-mail programme.

Until today I have successfully removed junk mail to a Blocked Senders List.

Today it has stopped doing that and I suspect that my allowance is now full -seem to remember reading something about 200 names allowed on the list?

Anti-Virus is Norton, but can find no way to report, and therefore block, junk mail.

Regular requests from obvious spammers to contact them, but when the address is blocked than they send next day with a new address, tedious.

Our ISP [email protected] manages to block them from the webmail server, i.e. they are not read on a desktop that we use directly from the ISP but get through to the laptop where I use Outlook and rarely open the direct webmail

As you've found they use random addresses - there is little point in blocking based on sender address as you're unlikely to get another one from the same address.
