Help with a website please
 

RAF Harrowbeer

The above link had various pictures that fade from the present to back in the past. I used to be able to get the pictures to work but now it says my security settings block it.

My PC does not appear to allow java from this site.
Win 8.01

Can anyone here get the photos to work on that site or is it just my PC?

March 2014 Update ~ These pictures use Java and with version 7 - 51 new security measures have been implemented by Java which means these 'anfyfade' pictures don't work. You will get a warning about 'unsafe applications'. In order to view them, you will have to add this website to Java's exclusion list. full details can be found here:https://www.java.com/en/download/help/java_blocked.xml

Sounds like capetonian's got it.

I suggest you write a missive to the website operators telling them Java on websites is so last century. ;)

For photo galleries in particular, there are so many better options these days !

(e.g. Simpleviewer Juicebox or any other number of modern implementations)
