if I search USB port I come up with a million, billion, brazillian hits...

Somewhere, probably on the underside of the PCB, should be the part number.

If you can find that and enter the letters/numbers combo into GOOGLE (other dearch engines are available) you should get a hit.

Alternatively, pass on the make and model of the PC from whence the part came from.

Don't know whether it helps - or you've worked this much out for yourself - but it looks like one of those little boards that get attached to a PC case to give you access to ports and sockets in useful places (rather than on the back).

This one has the pink and green sockets, for mic in and headset/speakers respectively, and a couple of USB sockets. Pretty much the only other parts on the board are sockets to run cables (presumably) to the main PC board. These are all handy to have on the front of a case - or, as in the case I'm currently using, on the top. As such, you may find that the manufacturer is a box builder rather than a motherboard maker.

Beyond that, I'm afraid I can't be more specific or more help.

It would help if we knew what it was out of - or if you're just looking for a P/N so you can sell it.
As the previous poster outlined, you have a small PCB with 2 female USB sockets, a female speaker socket, a female mic socket and several other components including female wiring connectors - and that PCB is probably part of a bigger PCB or Motherboard, and your PCB is not available as a separate part.

I googled "PCB USB ports speakers" and searched "ïmages" and got a few promising hits. If you're looking for the component, there are component sellers on eBay that strip computers and sell the components.

It's a front panel I/O connector. The layout with the audio plugs in the middle is used by Acer and IBM on their dektops, among others.

Ironically, I ended up searching "Computer Case Front Panel" and found heaps of them...
