Skype and Samsung Galaxy S4

Hello

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 with Skype loaded onto it via Google play.

I can hear other parties when on a call but they cannot see me and I cannot see them. I have tried googling this problem but no-one has any obvious solutions? Do you?
