Able to access YM, but not Hotmail

Help please guys: very odd one here, I can access every time, and very quickly YM, as well as Skype.

But not PPrune, or Hotmail. connecting......then three or 4 green progress bars......then nothing.

Other lap top same Wifi, in Dubai,,,,, DU.......perfect.

same even with tunnel access.

The European internet cable was cut again, our local service provider has advised us about slow browsing or inability to access certain sites.....

Maybe thats your reason...
