Printer settings? Help
 

Hello there,

I have a Cannon 1600 printer. Also I use an IBM Thinkpad, with windows XP.

If I open a file, from my medical insurance company, there is a lot of information already convieniently filled in for the user. Such as name address, file number etc.

Then I fill out the rest then print.

The problem is, the printer won't print any of the "filled" in text. Just the form as if none of the information was entered.

The info is there, just not printed.

If you have a fix I would appreciate it a lot!!

What format (type of document) is the form in, please?

Just an idea...Right click (after filling in form) save to your file to the documents folder Then open/load file (right click) using MS Word, then print.

assuming it's a pdf file that can be filled in, then you need to change the print settings, it's probably just set at document, you need to set it document and mark ups or something similar.
