post picture in nostalgia, how?

Can someone explain in idiot terms how I can post a picture in the nostalgia forum? It came up url when I tried to copy an image into the reply to post box.

I know there is a 'how to' somewhere on this forum, but I cannot find it.

When I say idiot terms I mean idiot terms!
