Weird download problems

All of a sudden I am problems with downloads. It seems whatever I am downloading it freezes at 2Mb, whether it is a data file or a video on You Tube - it freezes.

I am Win XP using Mozilla Firefox with BT Broadband
What do you think????????

Are you bandwidth limited on your contract and if so have you exceeded the limit? Otherwise I've no idea, my BT connection is fine.
