When you mess up an approach or landing.
I have found through experience that it is much better to get the power back on, configure my aircraft to be a flying machine again, point the nose up.... have a beer... then work out where you are relative to where you wanted to land, then calm yourself and try again.
Everytime I tried to land when it "didn't look right" I crashed....... Now subtract the beer, Is that not the way real pilots should do it? |
Sadly true, pity the Gulf Air crew didn't read your post, or was this pointed in that direction?. Beware the Black Hole!.

I am talking FS2000 not real aircraft....
Get altitude, clean it up and try again. (and don't try a tight turn to get back to the airport too soon.... fly away a few minutes...) |
FS 2000 sux !
I need to buy a new computer (despite the fact that my computer meets the minimum requirements !) in order to mess around with it. Try PS1 ! Now THAT'S a FS you can run on any computer and (in my case) learn a thing or two. ------------------ ¡ Yo quiero Taco Bell ! |
Totally agree with you Bokkerijder. Have PS1.3, though can't sort out the sound. Any suggestions??

Sorry PCav8or, I don't have PS 1.13, yet !
I've flown it a few times at my cousins place and I think it's great. He just got the update, so I'll ask my cousin and let you know. ------------------ ¡ Yo quiero Taco Bell ! |
Thanks mate!! No sound, is a major pain. Takes the pep out of things.
