'Design a Form' Software

I need to design an 'Application Form' that will need to go up live on my website for download. In the past I have used Word for forms but is their anytrhing out their more friendly ?????

I want it to look professional....my only other option is to go to an external designer of some sort.

Any ideas??

Try MS Publisher.

Even Excel is better than Word!!!! It's easier to line up the borders and boxes!

Design the form in excel, print it as a pdf, and use cute pdf to make it a writeable form that can be filled in and printed off for submission.:ok:

And the one of the easiest options when using excel is to edit it in notepad as a CSV......

How about

Homepage: http://phpformgen.sourceforge.net/
i used this years ago, and was good then so i bet its much better now.

I have used InfoPath for forms also, which seem to be pretty cool...

The new version of work kicks ass in terms of design, i am so impressed with it after feeling let down in the first place as its all changed too much...
