Say what you like about Toshiba
Toshiba have sent me a questionnaire about customer satisfaction. I made the mistake of buying one of their computers a couple of years ago.
I duly spent my time completing the form, telling the truth about my total dissatisfaction. When I tried to submit the form, it failed because of a runtime error. With my experience of Toshiba, I had taken the precaution to save my comments, so I tried again, this time copying and pasting the details. Same result, even though I had taken probably less than a minute to complete the form. So, I tried on a different computer. Same result. So, I tried again. This time, I lied. I said Toshiba was a very nice company. Success! Comments accepted without problem. You've got to hand it to them. Can anyone think of a better way of proving 100% customer satisfaction? |
