Ohh Lord !!

Something is wrong with my Laptop LCD Screen.:(

A very straight thin red line appear on the left side of LAPTOP LCD Screen.
It goes all the way from the top of the screen to the bottom..It dissapeared for a second and its back again now :{ ..So damn annoying


Please can an one tell me what this is..and how I go about fixing it !

Hi there,

It is probably 1 of 2 possible things. The first thing to do is check your graphics card driver and reinstall/update it. This will rule out any software issue.

Secondly there could be an issue with the hardware controller for that column of pixels, unfortunately this would require a professional to fix it and it is very likely you will need a replacement screen.
