Lost girl in tsunami
I have received an email with a photo attached claiming to be from someone trying to find the identity of a young girl lost during the Asian tsunami.
It is one of those "send to everyone you know" type. Anyone know if it is genuine or just a waste of bandwidth. Ta. |
Waste of bandwidth definitely - it's been round the houses and back.

http://www.snopes.com/photos/tsunami/lostgirl.asp In general, you should never "forward to everyone you know". 99% of the time it's a waste of time, bandwidth, etc. I'm still waiting for the 1% that isn't. |
Those are exactly my two rules of thumb:-

Thanks for the replys. It is as I thought.:ok:
