Ps2

Is there a way of backing up our family's PlayStation2 games? My kids have trashed 2 already and at $50 a throw its getting pretty damn expensive?

There is but it's some what illegal. First you need to install a mod-chip (which is deemed illegal in UK and some countries). Second, you need to copy the DVD, but I won't tell you how since it's kinda illegal. I think you could make a legal backup copy of the game as long as you own the legit copy. I won't spell out how to do it since I don't want to get the site owner in trouble. Google it and you should have plenty of hits. The best solution is to refuse buying them more games until they learn how to treat their discs with love and care.

PS: Installing a mod-chip can cause serious damage to your machine if you don't know what you're doing. I'm worry about installing one even tho I have 5 years worth of experience with a soildering iron.
