can't find jar-ops on the net

Please help! I am trying to find JAR-OPS 3.420 on the net & having no luck - I keep getting "this page cannot be found" when I try to select JAR-OPS 3 from the JAA website. Can some computer literate chap help me out?

Before you click on JAR-OPS 3 make sure you have installed Adobe Acrobat Reader :ok:
