One machine won't print out web page

6 Windows 8 or 7 machines, 3 with own direct printer and one wired and one wireless printer connected to network, both of which are shared.

One machine will not print out other than a blank page from a web page (on any of the printers available to it i.e its local printer and 2 network printers). All the others are fine.

I know I should be able to find something simple to solve this - but can't.

incidentally it wasn't a problem until a week or so ago (and can't tie that to any changes)!

Any pointers appreciated.

Definitely tested on three web pages (including one from our intranet) on all machines.

I'll go through the items on the linked page - thanks

As Windows 7 and 8 have totally different printing "stacks", it would be useful to tell us which OS the troubled machine has.

Sorry - good question - 8.1 (I have another 8.1 machine doing fine, 2 x 8.0 and a couple of 7s)
