JOB IN THE DUTCH ANTILLES

Hi everyone!
I hope someone can help me.
I'm currently finishing my CPL training in Spain. So I'll get an EASA license. One of my dreams as a pilot is to fly in the islands of St. Marteen, St. Barths, etc.
I checked a few carriers over there. But they don't specify things like the type of license and that. I guess if St. Marteen is half French half Dutch, it is considered a European region right?
Also for the carriers requesting a rating or endorsement of a DHC 6 Twin Otter, how do you get that? Cause it is not a type rating. So anyone who had flown there can bring light to my path?
I really want to chase that job but flying a GA airplane seems to be harder than finding a job on a 737 or 320.
Thank you in advance!!

St. Martin is French; St. Maarten is Dutch. There is no St. Marteen. But, in the Netherlands, St. Maarten has a special administrative status. St. Martin probably has something similar. I am not sure if they fall under the European Union proper. I would inquire with the both National governments to answer your question.

I just checked the EASA list and twin otter is a type rating.
