Seeiously? While A320 typed aircrew are in high demand, you’re quick answer is “at least you can live off that”?
Let’s just say: if you’re interested in a career, JetSMART is not a smart choice...

Perhaps JAT is not a place to build your final career but it will get you going until you switch employers...
i lived and flew in your Country for 5 years, and i regret leaving...

Not so smart...

Management just canned two pilots... one recently upgraded Captain with less than 300 hours in command who just a few weeks ago became a father, and an FO who was promised direct entry Captaincy, was then bumped down to Fast Track and now has no tracking what so ever... oficial motive? Airplanes are not coming anymore! Unofficial: both were one of the first unionized!

Almost 40+ of the 100 pilots at JetSmart are openly willing to leave for Sky Airlines now or any other joint, and it seems that things in Argentina are going to go side-ways if Kirchner turns out on top in next years election...
20% below market pay, no transportation, no schedule stability, pilots running around scared to getting fired, promises just being promises... even the ones in writing!
So yeah, it seems this is a great place to work...! (Sarcasm!)
