There isn't anything different from any US airline than the psycho-technical exam. There is a 50 question written is based off FAA ATP exam, but that does not guarantee that they are the exact questions (4 choices rather than 3). It's material that any commercial pilot should know. Also some questions about finding info on an approach plate.
The HR and technical aren't difficult either. Why Copa, where do you see yourself in a few years, etc... Talk about the airplane you fly now, brief an approach.
Don't stress it. There won't be any surprises....and like you said, there really aren't any gouges ;)
