TAM Brasil

I was just wondering if there is any TAM pilots in this forum.
I'd to learn a little more on how it's to fly for an airline in Brasil.

Been A320 Capt with them for a little more than an year. Hard work.
Decent company, booming for 5 consecutive years. Intense recruiting now, all positions. If you have BR right to abode and the qualifications, would give a shot.

Any chance I can PM you with some questions about pay, scheduling, benefits, etc?
I was born and raised in Sao Paulo but have been flying in USA too long.
How different is it compared to here?
