Air Turks and Caicos engineering

Hi,
I am looking at the Director of maintenance role at AT&C. i have read the posts from the pilot point of view and would like an insight into the current status of engineering and the airline from someone who turns the spanners.
Also would like an indication of pay and costs.
I have previously worked in Cayman.

Suggest you turn spanners elsewhere

Unless you have nothing in life to do and no cares about money..then OK, otherwise do not leave your current job.
